INTEGRITY: A Core Value of Leadership
Introduction
Integrity according to Webster's dictionary is defined as "uprightness of character, honesty. The state, the quality or state of complete or undivided "It is the nucleus of a leader of character and all other values threatened in the character of a leader can be filtered by integrity.

Integrity as a fundamental value in Leadership Today

Conclusion
The character is not an innate gift. It is a choice. Each leader chooses to be a man or woman of integrity despite the crossroads. Leaders must choose to be men and women of integrity in global leadership today.
